Shouldn't our National Guard be armed at the border now? Isn't his an act of war?

You're right and I agree wholeheartedly with you on this issue, our Guardsmen are being restricted from such things as defense of the country defending the nation from armed incursion as has happened on numerous occasions. Two Border Patrol Agents were convicted of shooting a drug runner that attempted to cause them harm. Why are our guard dogs being muzzled? I cannot answer that question, but I can tell you there is no justifiable reason for this sort of restriction, our nation is being harmed by this open border. Drugs, terrorists, rapists, and murderers are coming through and our government, in their very finite wisdom has deemed the rights of cartel lords and cocaine mules to be more important then the safety of the American people.

Why are Phelps and Americans being sore losers?

Last year at the Olympics Phelps had the best suit and no one was complaining how he only won because of the suit. Now Biedermann does it and it's just the suit. Do you think the suit really makes someone that much faster? Other's where also wearing the same suit Biedermann is wearing and they haven't done as good.

Why are left over campaign funds allowed to be used for a candates use?

Where did you get that information? Can you post a link please. As I understand it, leftover campaign funds must be offered to be returned to the contributors and can only be used, with approval, if the contributors don't want it back. Perhaps that is the case in this instance?
