Chest pains should i be worried!!?

There are a few things it could point toward... if in the center of the chest, this is not indicative of a heart attack and like you say, you feel fine now... if the center of you chest and twinges now and then, could it be something to do with indigestion or possibly and ulcer? Duodenal ulcer are usually felt after eating and peptic ulcers before. Ulcers are caused by a bacterium and can cause quite a bit of discomfort periodically. Don't fret though as I am not saying you do have an ulcer..... just trying to think of answers to the type of discomfort your having. Better to get checked out at your GP though just to be on the safe side...
