When i straighten my hair, this happens...?? help !!!?

my hair does the same thing. what works for me(and it sounds a little crazy) is after i straighten my hair i wait about 5-10 minutes until my ends have completely curled i go back and re-straighten the ends and while im taking the hair straightener of i spray a little bit of hairspray on it. then let it dry then brush it and my ends stay straight. it sounds complicated but it works for me. if it dont work for you im sorry, but it works for me everytime.
