Who should I believe?

At the risk of making someone mad I would say he is starting his 2nd year of a 4 year program, and that he doesn't have the education to make judgements about the university. He knows half of what he needs and when he gets the other half he'll be in a position to make a statement on the quality of education he has recieved.
