Is there any chance im pregnant?

I had un protected about 3 weeks ago. I did take the morning after pill AND i have had a period since. So i tought the chances of me being pregnant is unlikely. However, it was my first time and im just really scared. I have had stomch ache the past week and dont know why. Could it be from the stress, could there be any chance i am pregnant? :(
