How does someone who is unsure of a career choice find one?

In my freshman year in high school i took up carpentry, in my sopre year i took up auto mechanics, in my junior and senior years of high school I took up culinary arts. I also attended college for one year and studied Culinary arts. Now I am working for a major unvierstiy hospital science lab as a patient services representative. For short I sit at a desk all day and register patients or update old accounts. Not really fun but pays the bills. I really have no clue of what I would like to do as a career choice. I've taken cles in business management and have an interest in owning one of my own some day and even getting into real estate. But how does someone who is indecisive make a good career choice?
