Kingdom Hearts, In Hercules world where is the black hooded guy that you have to find in the Underworld!?!?!?!

I played like about 2 houurs straight played and played but I CANT FIND HIM ANYWHERE!!!!!! Please help i want to finish the game but can't cause of this guy i have to find. Any help would soooooooo greatful thanks
