What are some crafts for kids that relate to the culture of El Salvador?

I am participating in a multicultural fair and I want El Salvador to be noticed. It's a small country and not recognized enough. I am having it in the same booth as Mexico and I don't want it to be upstaged. Please help by suggesting crafts that kids can do
