The company that I hired never did my driveway right....?

I live in Dearborn heights, Michigan. Last year I fixed my driveway. I hired a company to do it. They pulled the permit and didn't do the pre-pour inspection. Now after a year I'm having all kinds of problem with my driveway. The water puddles everywhere and one of my slab is already broken not only that my neighbor is getting water in the basement because of that water puddle. Now the company don't want to answer my phone calls and I can't afford spending thousands of dollar for a new one. Is there any way I can go file a case against them or get my money back and call some other company to do it.
