Do you think we should be taxed for breathing?

carbon dioxide is a natural gas that comes about from exhaling after taking in air,plants need it to survive ...how is it that its a green house gas and water vapor makes up most of what is called green house gas...what the hell? ARE WE GOING TO STAND FOR THIS?????
