Where can I buy a vibrator?

I'm 16 and I have a job and my own money but I dont have a drivers liscense yet. I can't order anything online because my mom will find out and that would be sooo awkward, so are there any stores at the mall that might have them? Would spencers have them? And how much do they cost? Do you think stores at the mall have some for under $20? Thanks!!! :)
