Why wont Miami heat sign iverson in thier team?

from an iverson fan standpoint i am real sad that iverson is ending his legacy by leaving the NBA for some other foregin league that is not right. he is so good and he still has something left so why do that to yourself and why cant stupid miami heat take him that will be an excellent trade for the heat he will make a good combo with the rest i personally think he should be with the heat any agree or disagree..?
